Fake Snapchat Account - See timeline 2/18/19

This shows that there are TWO snapchat accounts in Carter's name.  There were several snapchats sent to us from the other account and said to be Carter's they were not.  Please reference the timeline to learn more information on how this fake account was found and used.

This shows Carter sent out his user and passwords to friends.  This happened on numerous occasions.  The family and ex-girlfriend also knew his user and password for snapchat and instagram.
