Texas Juvenile and Family Law Regarding the Petition

Texas Family Law states a petition should be filed and given to you by the second hearing.  We still do not have one.

Section 54.01 requires a petition to be filed within 15 working days.

No petition has been filed, but the proceedings also haven't been terminated as Texas Family Law asserts.

Judicial Prejudice

Judicial misconduct in Carter's hearing to modify conditions.  The judge showed lack of impartiality by ordering Carter to pay the ankle monitor fee 'because he's caused all these people all these problems'. But never has he heard any part of Carter's story.

Initial Arrest

The original police report doesn't have any actual supporting evidence, it is full of hearsay and things we have text proof of the exact opposite.  Texas Family code shows a 'suspicion or mere hunch' is not enough to detain.  But they did.

Deferred Prosecution
